Joel Miller – jazz ECMA!

Dream Cassette “Jazz Album of the Year” at East Coast Music Awards 2017

Saxophonist-composer Joel Miller is a native of New Brunswick who is now based in Montréal. His latest album “Dream Cassette” is a collaboration with the vocalist Sienna Dahlen who contributed the lyrics. Featuring a group of Montréal jazz musicians including François Jalbert, Miller blends jazz with pop influences and references to skateboard culture.

We are happy to announce that Joel Miller received the “Jazz Album of the Year” award for “Dream Cassette” at the East Coast Music Awards (ECMAs) in St John, New Brunswick on April 29, 2017. It was awarded to him after  he played an official ECMA jazz showcase with his Dream Cassette band.
